An AAR is to be filed at the conclusion of every official combat sortie which should include all the requested information with the exception of the personal mission log, which is optional.  Members should keep track of their own statistics. The Gruppenadjutant will keep track of the Staffel statistics.  Members are to report any discrepencies with the official tally to the Adjutant as soon as possible.

Remember you are flying for the survival of your persona pilot.  Kills are important for achieving mission success and air superiority in addition to setting a good example for the effective skills of the Staffel. But remember, when your pilot is KIA, you start all over again. All acheivements are wiped clean and you battle your way back to Victory.

However, the ultimate achievement is to balance mission success with survivability in making good survival choices and extending the longevity of your persona pilot.  The immersion is the need to stay alive at all costs. This is the goal, for flying "Dead is Dead". Sometimes it takes more skill and fortitude to return to base then to rack up a bunch of kills. Many pilots did not achieve an air kill for extended periods of time but...lived to tell the story.

Note the DID Rules and Regulations as linked below in the AAR.  Good Luck!
